The Tin Soldier and the Paper Dancer
A theatre performance at Lokstallarna. A playful and lively show that takes the audience on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and thoughts.
They are scorched, dirty and exhausted – the toy soldier and the paper dancer. But they are still alive! And that really is a miracle, after all the dangers they have faced. Thus begins the story, and with the ending safely in hand, the rest of their breathtaking adventures can be retold.
The Tin Soldier and the Paper Dancer is written by Roland Schimmelpfennig, loosely based on Hans Christian Andersen’s beloved fairy tale. Here, the classic is brought to life in an imaginative production by actors Lucas Carlsson and Anna-Jackelin Thell.
A collaboration between Regionteatern Blekinge Kronoberg and Byteatern Kalmar Länsteater.
Tickets required. The performance lasts 1 hour.
