Sparbanken in Karlshamn Triathlon 2026

Triathlon competitions in Långasjönäs Nature Reserve on Saturday 30 May.

Sparbanken in Karlshamn's triathlon race is known for its family atmosphere, both for experienced and inexperienced triathletes. Challenge yourself and your friends in the beautiful countryside around Långasjönäs. Challenging cycling along Graneforsvägen and hilly running along Långasjön in Asarum.

The children's and youth class (Tri4Fun) for ages 15 and under is an excellent opportunity for the youngest to try their first triathlon. Swimming takes place with companions in shallow water.

The competition area is located at Långasjönäs' southern bathing area and is directly adjacent to the swim start, transition area, running lap and finish line.

Registration opens on 1 February.
