Description
Henrik Widegren is the doctor in SVT's Fråga Lund, and Mat & Myt is his new solo show. With facts, music, song and laughter, he tries to explain why what we eat is important, and why we think so much about food.
Because every day we have to choose: Good or useful? Hungry or full? Sugar or fat? And what vitamins do I need to take? And what if I'm deficient in zinc? Is that why I feel tired sometimes?
Mat & myt is a musical lecture, an entertaining potluck of hundreds of questions revolving around what we have on our plate. In a reasonably well-informed way, Henrik figures out what is true and false when it comes to food and health. And he also has the guitar with him. If we are lucky, it will be sued.
The performance may contain traces of knowledge.
