Limpan

Do Events Theatre & Entertainment

A monologue performance with humor, song and sadness.

Description

In a square somewhere sits Sture Charles "Limpan" Lindberg. Like so many others in our society, he has ended up marginalized. Why? A monologue performance with humor, song and sadness. A little compressed life simply. A tribute to Allan Edwall 1924-1997.

Limpan is about a homeless, unemployed and drunken man who has lost his footing and fallen between the planks of society. He sits on a park bench and tries to explain, to anyone who happens to hear, why he ended up there and why he doesn't deserve to be there. But in the darkness there is also a zest for life, humor and love.
