Isabella Lundgren

Isabella Lundgren is one of Sweden's foremost jazz singers and a world-class artist. With her fantastic voice and unique intensity, she has the ability to literally mesmerise her audience. Isabella has been nominated for a Grammis Award and has received countless prizes and scholarships. In recent years, we have seen her sing at the Swedish Sports Gala and SVT's New Year's Concert, Allsång på Skansen and På Spåret. Isabella is engaged both as a soloist in collaborations with everything from symphony orchestras to big bands and with her own concert programmes together with a pianist or piano trio.

In the concert programme ‘All, or nothing at all’, Isabella sings the greatest ‘arias’ from the American songbook about heartbreak, longing and getting back up again, over and over, composed and performed by some of the most iconic and powerful women in music history: Billie Holliday, Judy Garland, Edith Piaf, Maria Callas, Shirley Bassey and Barbra Streisand. Women who threw themselves into music with great emotion, breaking the hearts of both their audiences and themselves.
