On Saturday, July 19, the Baltic Sea Festival's (Östersjöfestivalen) big swimrun competition will be organized by the non-profit sports association Karlshamns SK Swimrun, part of Karlshamns Swim Club, with Hyper Island as the main sponsor.
Want to be part of the experience? Register your interest now! In total there are 50 team places per course.
Two different courses:
The 33 km long course with 26.4 km of running and a total of 5,600 meters of swimming starts in Järnavik.
The 18 km short course with 14.9 km of running and a total of 3,100 meters of swimming starting in Matvik.
Set-up:
All registrants meet in Karlshamn's central harbor where boats ship you out to the starting destinations.
Whichever course you choose, you'll have an unforgettable experience of stunning scenery and the thrill of taking you and your partner from island to island.
The race ends right in the heart of the Baltic Sea Festival, where you'll cross the finish line in front of a multi-headed and eagerly cheering festival crowd. Feel the energy of Karlshamn as you cross the finish line, hear the cheers of the crowd and feel the joy of the festival. Cross the finish line and meet up with teammates, family and friends.
