Guided tour on Boön
Hiking with the wings of history.
Much of Karlshamn's history revolves around events that took place on Boön. In addition to the natural experience, on the island you will find many memorials from bygone eras. Many years ago there were Karlshamn's fortifications and large shipbuilding on Boön.
Join us on a nature walk and hear the guide tell us about the island's history about, among other things, the shipyard, the old redoubt and the quarrying. Also a visit to a fort from World War II.
The guide lasts about 2 hours, starting at 14.00 at the bridge to Boön, Sternö wind harbour. Tickets are bought on the spot directly from the guide (Swish or cash).
