Gaga People is open to everyone, regardless of experience. The class focuses on the joy of movement and physical exploration rather than performance. You will have the opportunity to listen to your body, awaken your curiosity and move in new ways in a warm and accepting atmosphere.

Gaga People is open to participants aged 16 and up.
