Exhibition - Håkan Berg

“I work without fixed goals. I have no agenda. I try to put up with not knowing how things will turn out. The material has a will. Coincidences have a voice. The work process is both resistance and flow. Everything I know is both an asset and a shackle. It's like in the forest when I pick mushrooms. I walk a little here and there, following a clue that indicates a direction and a sensitivity to nuances, to what is in the making. Everything we think, feel, all our sensations, every idea, all things relate to and interact with others. Every surface relates to other surfaces, every room speaks to other rooms. What we are is unthinkable without these movements. In work, the fields, the meadows, the trees speak. In the movements of the hand is the sea. One image is placed next to another and changes. The image knows more than I do. It is disturbing and hopeful.”

Exhibition: 8 March - 30 March
Opening on Saturday 8 March. Vernissage at 13:00.
Then open Thursdays at 16:00-18:00 and Saturday-Sundays at 11:00-17:00.
