Exhibition - Elna Karin Helgesson and Susanne Jardeback

Exhibition at Karlshamn Art Gallery in the Culture Quarter by artists Elna Karin Helgesson and Susanne Jardeback.

Elna Karin Helgesson:
"I work with unique objects in stoneware clay. Unique objects that can also be used.
I have been working as a ceramist for 40 years. Initially, I worked mainly with functional ceramics. Gradually, I began to decorate the objects more and more, giving them a personal touch. Eventually, they became a combination of sculpture and functional objects."

Susanne Jardeback – Nobel Artist, KRO, born in 1959, living just south of Röstånga in Svalöv Municipality:
‘I have been working full-time with my art since 1999 and run my own company, Jardeback Art. The techniques I work with are oil, acrylic and mixed media. In recent years, my compositions have taken on a kind of abstract natural feel, which conveys both calm and power.’

Exhibition: 31 October-22 November
Opening on Saturday 31 October. Vernissage at 13:00.
Thereafter open Thursday 16:00-18:00 and Saturday-Sunday 11:00-17:00.
