Welcome to a wonderful evening in the American spirit with smash burgers and country music.
Daniel & The River was born out of Daniel Jonsson's love of rock, Americana, a dose of country and Hälsingland.
In September 2024, Daniel & The River won Sveriges Radio's music competition P4 Nästa with the song “To The Moon And Back,” which was also performed live in the cage during Musikhjälpen 2024.
The band, which is mainly based in Arbrå and Söderhamn, currently consists of Daniel Jonsson himself, drummer Marcus Losbjer, bassist Stefan Sköld (formerly Nordman), guitarist Magnus Söderblom, and Daniel Karlsson on keyboards. Their first full-length album, North Meadow Ghosts, was released in the spring of 2025.
