Description
Nattjägare is a newly written opera in small format, created by composer Catharina Backman and librettist and playwright Kerstin Perski, in close collaboration with the participating artists. Together, they invite us to a redemptive story of human smallness in the face of the overwhelming power of nature, but also of our inherent strength to find meaning and beauty even in the depths of darkness. A reminder of the importance we all have, both in life and beyond, and how our actions can echo through generations.
Internationally acclaimed baritone singer Fredrik Zetterström brings all the roles to life in an intimate collaboration with Love Derwinger, one of Sweden's foremost pianists. Together they create a musical experience that both comforts and challenges.
