Music café "You are part of everything" by Ingvar Bengtsson on September 22 at 18.00 in Församlingsgården Karlshamn.
Ingvar Bengtsson is a songwriter, singing teacher, "inner strength guide" and lecturer. His work focuses on the whole - everything is connected. Ingvar believes that each individual is an incredibly important puzzle piece and that the puzzle piece needs to find its right shape and it does so when it is relaxed and fully present. Old wounds need to be healed from within so we can let go of the separation and reconnect to the whole.
All music Ingvar creates is written based on this and his hope is that it can help individuals take one or more steps towards a freer, healthier and creative life.
Ingvar lives and works in Kristianstad. He has worked extensively in the USA and Italy.
In 1995 he created the company Mindvoice.
