One of Sweden's top chefs transforms restaurant Havsörnen into a Nobel restaurant for one evening.


During an evening in November, restaurant Havsörnen at Eriksberg, is transformed into a Nobel restaurant when one of Sweden's foremost chefs, Jimmi Eriksson, prepares an unforgettable dinner. Together with Eriksberg's talented chefs, the result is a dinner on the farm's game with lots of flavor and textures with well-chosen ingredients from the seasonal pantry. The evening offers surprises both in taste and visually.

Jimmi Eriksson has an impressive track record:

✽ Responsible for the Nobel menu 2022
✽ Was team captain in the Swedish national chef team 2017-2020 where he won, among other things, the Nordic Championships in 2017 and WC gold in 2018
