Do Events Highlights

Theater in Lokstallarna.

A thriller about a father, a daughter, and about self-deception, conditional love and freedom.

Bengt is a single parent to Melissa, 13 years old. When she gradually slips away from him, as teenagers do, the care and concern begin to turn into obsession. He begins to suspect that she is being used in a relationship with his older writing course instructor and begins to chase her through the nights. One day, Melissa really disappeared. What has happened?

This is a monologue based on Jesper Larsson's novel "Den dagen den sorgen", with which he won Sveriges Radio's novel prize 2022.
