Description
In Blues Transfusion, Schultz and Broström search for the roots of 60s organ jazz and hard bop together with the driven drummer Chris Montgomery and the young rising star Leo Lindberg on hammond organ.
It will be organ-driven soulful blues mixed with hard bop's freehand improvisations in a repertoire marked and inspired by Horace Silver, Wayne Shorter and others.
The group consists of Håkan Broström saxophones, Max Schultz guitar, Leo Lindberg organ and Chris Montgomery drums.
