On Saturday, July 23 during the Baltic Festival, a challenging swimrun competition will be held in Karlshamn. Challenge yourself in this tough fitness competition.
The race starts at Eriksberg Wildlife park. The first running distance takes you through the wildlife enclosure and then continues in stages between islands, islets and the mainland. Then you get into the city of Karlshamn for the finish. Last running distance will be walking on the walls of the citadell (Kastellet) before you swim towards the pier.
The course consists of approx. 23 routes of running and swimming. The longest swim distance is about 500 metres and the total distance is 26 km. The race has its goal in Karlshamn's harbor where you will be met by a audience and other arrangements.
