On November 2, a lovely afternoon tea buffet will be set up with scones in different varieties, lovely compotes and cottage cream. Also mini Napoleon cakes, chocolate bisque, chocolate petit-chouer, ice creams, churros with the thick and delicious chocolate sauce etc. For those who love soufflé, it can be ordered.
Afternoon tea is set up in the restaurant Visenten with a 2-hour seating time, starting at 13:00.

Magnus Johansson is one of Sweden's best-known pastry chefs and has been responsible for the Nobel dessert for over ten years and won Olympic gold with the national chef team. He is often seen in TV4's news morning and is also a very popular jury member in the TV show Dessertmästarna, a program series that was a great success on Kanal 5.
